The Albany Bulb is a former dumping ground for construction waste that was cleaned up and turned into a public park. The local residents encourage artists to come in and make public art with the concrete chunks, rebar, railroad timber, and the other materials that are available on the site.

There's always something new to see, and I'm planning to post photos of ten artworks that were made since I made my last visit.
