College Avenue is a major shopping street that features restaurants, clubs, and theaters as well as a variety of small shops, markets, and services. The Avenue begins at an intersection with Broadway in North Oakland, and it ends at the University of California campus in Berkeley.

The street trees are decorated for the holidays, and I posted five photos from Oakland earlier this week. Here's one in Berkeley.

This is a beautiful ginkgo tree, with its golden autumn leaves and some pretty ornaments to celebrate the season!
