Here's my entry!

It's a set of four clear acrylic boxes, and the series is called "Treasure Layer Boxes." The boxes can be stacked and arranged any way you like.

The boxes are filled with plastic and glass spheres, freshwater pearls, and beads and treasures that I've been collecting for several years. There's a gold charm and an ivory heart lurking in there, along with the beads made of garnet, hematite, agate, quartz, and clay. The "yellow" box on the right features all of the beads from a piece of costume jewelry from the 1960s.

I got the idea for this series from a song from the first Doors album, which was released in 1967:

"She's a twentieth century fox
Got the world locked up
Inside a plastic box"
