Preservation Park in Oakland, California --- #9 of 10
Sunday, November 1, 2009
From Wikipedia: "The park includes sixteen historic buildings, five of which stand in their original location, and eleven of which were moved from elsewhere in Oakland to avoid demolition. The sixteen houses are arranged to resemble a late 19th century Oakland neighborhood."
There is a wide variety of trees in this small park, including some that are starting to show a bit of autumn color. The tree in front will be completely red in a week or two.
