This is my entry for this week's "Friday" theme. During 2007, my husband and I spent quite a lot of time enjoying the amenities that cities have to offer, including the two lakes, the waterfront, and the shopping districts in the city where I live, Oakland CA (population 400,000). We also enjoyed taking three trips to San Diego to visit Balboa Park, the downtown tourist attractions, and the wonderful public art installations in the harbor area. During the year, we made four special visits to San Francisco, and the photos are here on Fotothing.

During the year, I also bought an extra battery and a much larger memory card for my camera!
