During a visit, we took the short hike up to the Linwood Cemetery, the oldest cemetery in town. It's also known as the Pioneer Cemetery, and you can get a sense of what the local pioneers experienced as they settled the area.

I saw one monument to a family. The young couple had emigrated to Colorado from England. Their baby lived only a few months, and both of the parents died when they were in their twenties. A hard journey ......
