Ruth Asawa is a California artist who has a number of pieces of public art on display in the San Francisco Bay Area. During the next few months, I plan to visit as many of them as I can, with camera in hand.

The hanging wire sculpture on the left is one of her pieces, and I posted a photo of it last year. It's such a beautiful piece of work, and I love the shadows that it casts, so I took another picture when I visited the museum last Wednesday.
