We'll end our walk along Valencia Street with a quick visit to number 826. If you're familiar with Dave Egger's writings or the McSweeney's publications, you may have heard of this place. The volunteers at 826 Valencia offer classes and tutoring for fledgling writers.

If you're in the area, I also encourage you to go in and visit the pirate shop. There are maps, flags, eyepatches, and any other supplies that a pirate might need!
