Andrew and I have been doing a little traveling, and the first stop on our New York tour was downtown Albany. As usual, I look for interesting public art to photograph.

This kinetic piece looks different as time passes and the wind blows.

Here's a quotation from the artist that was publishing in the Albany Times Union newspaper: "How do we respond to moving objects?" he says. "We all have a body language, and we're reacting to each other by the way we move. That's something that appeals to me in thinking about the work. It's really deeply about the movement, about the soul of whatever it is people are looking at, and how do we relate what we see to our environment, our existence. What is our response?"
