Bidwell Park One Mile Recreation Area --- #4 of 5

Bidwell Park was established in 1905, and this municipal park encompasses both sides of Big Chico Creek Canyon for five miles (8 km), continuing up into the Sierra Nevada foothills. It is made up of several sections, including the One Mile Recreation Area.

There's a beautiful meadow area for relaxing and picnicking.
