The Cleveland Cascade is a small public park, and it's built on a series of terraces right where the "Flatlands" meet the Oakland hills. It's a popular place for joggers and power walkers, who like to go up and down the stairways to keep in shape.

For me, it's a nice place to wander up the steps and take photos!
