Visiting the Olympic Sculpture Park in Seattle, Washington --- #9 of 10

We ended our day by heading back to Seattle for a visit to the Olympic Sculpture Park. This was a former industrial site, and it became part of a brownfield development project. The park features a salmon habitat with native plantings, public gardens, and there are public artworks throughout the park.
This is another one of the "monumental" pieces in the park, "Typewriter Eraser, Scale X", by Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen. This piece dates from 1998-99, and time rushes on ...
