That is an interesting "V" shape where the lit portion of the two waves converge. It looks like you were using the Rule of Thirds. I also think it was a good choice to work with grayscale to emphasize the lighting and lines. Nice job.
Really subtle and beautiful capture. Interesting use of line. I agree with Adi about the choice to convert to grayscale - effective, and gives this a timeless look.
