this toothie old gent, with his granddaughter, goes by the revered title 'the old man'. he owns the land and has allowed the school to be sited there... but he says the land is unfertile and so is selling up, putting the future of the school at risk. he's a really nice old codger, tho, and will sell the land to wepoga to be used for a kitchen garden for the school and for demo plots for the organic farming/agroforestry projects. cash to buy the plot is none existent at present.
