Try this also with a subtler light, not direct sunlight. The stong abstract shapes of light and dark are effective though. Remember burning in corners from photo 1? The lower left corner could be darker to bring the eye back to the center. Here is where Picasa falls down though as you cant make selections to adjust specific areas.
