oh craftybutterfly...you are so close. yes, it is raspberry but no that is NOT cheesecloth. I really hate the seeds. Lets see if anyone knows what I use to get the seeds out. It is truly seedless.

That is my wife making seedless raspberry juice that she then made into jam!

Good guess, Mary! It is a mess and I think Denise had fun doing it. But raspberry jam is her favorite so this is the first step, getting the juice out without the seeds!
