This piece is amazing in person! It is over 8" / 2.5m tall and very intricate. It is all made from hand blown glass. The artist is Dale Chihuly, it is titled "Sun" and was done in 1999

It is amazing to me when I think of the artist shaping each individual piece and then putting it all together! I would have had a big pile of broken glass!!
