I took this one in New Orleans on August 27 2005, in the last days before Katrina hit. I asked if I could snap his picture and he said sure and started playing. After that I tossed a little change in his bucket and he pulled out a ring and asked me if I could do him a favour and tell Katrina he was looking for her. So he could propose to her. I didn't realize what he meant til later that day.
