Open for critics. The flash wasn't right this time. Nxt time I mst hv a crew. Very difficult to direct , compose n lighting. Futhermore getting the sun as fill in or highlight is like playing hide n seek in msia . Too cloudy!

A very beautiful lady and a stunning dress!

You could improve the lighting and shadow details in Photoshop, you could also clone out that flare which does rather spoil an otherwise nice image!

I hope you don't mind....I just ran this image quickly through Phoroshop CS2 to show you what I meant.

beautiful in blue...

it is wonderful to know you was in Cape Town... Hans was also in Cape Town.. did
he tell you.. :-) we live In Pretoria(Transvaal/Gauteng)... it is about about +- 1500 km. two hours
flight and about 1 hour to get to Johannesburg airport.. so it is a bit far to cape town
for us.... but I must say Cape Town is our Mother city... and a fantastic place to
visit..even for us Living in SA has not seen all the Cape has to offer.

Very well done. A crew to help in the production can be a mixed blessing. I think I would have gone without the lens flare at the bottom left. Am I right that it was put in with the editor.

Yes I did it with the lens flare from the PS. Its alsp a trial of how to get a feel using it . Should I darken the left area more & brighten some top body parts so tht it has the 3D effect?

Basically a great picture! I like this light. I know the flash-light should go more downwards in the picture but I like this effect. The flare is another story, I prefer the picture without this flare circles.

Thks hoeber! I still hv many dress to shoot. Jst here is difficult to get the right model on TFP/CD basis. I got some offers frm good commercial models but all towards end of the year. Hopefully I'll do better then.

Well every photographer has got their feel & preference. I did for her few BW in this series & using the real sun.
