hahahahhaa - I know the founder of this RACE!!! omg I didn't know anyone else in FT had been to it!!! it's a hoot isn't it!! Actually My friend Ellin Beltz just bought the race from the founder Hobart Brown as he's getting really ill now... I drove him around in 2005 in my dodge 4x4 so he could go out to the dunes and see parts of the race he'd missed for years because he couldn't walk that far... omg this is killer!!!!!!! It's just a few weeks till the next one! I'm so going back home to watch it... I missed it last year even tho I was only living 5 miles from Ferndale.... Looks like you had good weather... kinda unusual for that weekend... notoriously wet weather for the race. Are you going again????

Yes, I will be there! I missed the dunes part last year. It was my first year.
