2008 has just begun, but the Year of the Rat is about to begin! The parameters of this contest are very broad. Here at FT we are looking for a photo that that captures the essence of Chinese New Year. That winning photo may focus on the Chinese zodiac, the celebration of the Year of the Rat, or even be a photo of you enjoying your favourite Chinese food. We believe in your creativity. Competition Rules & Regulations

Please read the competition rules below very carefully. On entering a Fotothing competition it will be assumed that you have both read and agreed to the rules below.

1. Fotothing members may enter as many photographs per competition as they wish.
2. If you win a competition, we will notify you by e-mail. The judges' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Fotothing may require.
4. The panel of judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the Fotothing team.
5. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
6. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
7. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value.
8. All entries will be judged by the Fotothing team
