The objective of this competition is to explain an aspect of your native culture that outsiders often misinterpret. Lets face it, we are all naïve about foreign places, cultures, and customs. It is about time we as a community made a wholehearted effort to learn about one another. Take this opportunity to show us where you come from and help educate the world.

Competition Rules & Regulations

Please read the competition rules below very carefully. On entering a Fotothing competition it will be assumed that you have both read and agreed to the rules below.

1. Fotothing members may enter as many photographs per competition as they wish.
2. If you win a competition, we will notify you by e-mail. The judges' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Fotothing may require.
4. The panel of judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the Fotothing team.
5. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
6. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
7. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value.
8. All entries will be judged by the Fotothing team
