Choir trip to Ireland.

At the end of August my choir (Cwm Male Voice) travelled to Ireland on the Bank Holiday weekend to perform in a concert.

A Scot's church in Ireland or is it named after someone named Scot?

Have done a search and information is sparse but it would appear that there were Scottish regiments stationed in Carlow and this Presbyterian church was built for them in the 1840s.

Baptismal and wedding records show many Scottish surnames.
