Cleftref's Fotothing

The battery in my camera ran out so had to borrow Mike's camera to carry on taking the Bekonscot photos.

Hanton Aerodrome. Modeled upon aircraft in the 1930s, here is the Handley Page HP42 and HP45 Heracles class passenger aircraft from Imperial Airways.

This one is named Horatius (they were all give names beginning with H) which was an HP45 model.

I remember making the model from an Airfix kit which cost me 2 shillings (10p) and now kits are going for over £50.00!
