very cool series of these lighted vignettes. we have something similar here, at PIR (Portland International Raceway). you pay by the carload, and drive around the race course to see the many scenes such as you are showing here. but you stay in the car the entire time, which is good as it's usually cold and/or raining, since it's on display over the christmas holiday. greetings Trefor from Portland ;o)
