Caju, Cashew nuts.
Pirenopolis Brasil 2007

As everybody thinks these are peppers,
I make this link to let you read abouth the cashew nut ,
Its not Hot, the cashew apple is sweet.
So its not a peppper.

I was v ery suprised too the first time i see the cashew nut growing out of a fruit.

so neat... we saw these in Panama... quite a large fruit for the cashew nut... to us they looked like sweet red peppers... I am amazed... lots of oil in these too... great shot and info : )
