Cattiger's Fotothing

Again on of my favourite cities worldwide (visited so far) - Valpariaso. This is an older photo, from my first visit there. I remember standing in the very spot where I took this photo and this old woman came to us starting to talk in Spanish to us about the city and sights and things we should see. Now my Spanish is very basic and the others didn't speak any at all, but I do remember that she told us to go into that church on Sunday as it had the best service there. Well, we were gone the same evening, but I'll never forget how welcoming this woman was. ... February 2006
