A colourful butterfly, yearning to be out in the rain.

A Large Tortoiseshell (Nymphalis polychloros) very rare in Britain now due to the reduction in large predator birds, leaving the little birds to feed on these butterflies.

I gave this lovely creature freedom, after this was taken.
