Good angle of the bird, but watch the horizon...it's bending on the right side.

It's one of the Terns. Not sure which one they are all very much alike. May be a Fosters Tern. If this is in Wisconsin, after looking in my books, I am nearly certain it is a Fosters. Nice shot, well seen and taken.
