Savannah - Tanzy "Diva" Byrd was born on June 5, 1976 to Joseph Kea and Barbara Byrd. She attended Savannah High School were she graduated in 1994. She also attended Savannah State University majoring in Business and accounting. She gave her life to Christ at an early age at First African Baptist Church. She later moved her membership to Word First Christian Church where she attended until God called her home. She was employed at Wal-Mart and T. J. Maxx, She was also employed as a Private Duty Cargiver. She leaves to mourn her loving parents, Joseph (Pat) Kea, and Barbara Byrd; two sisters, Tasha LaSha Byrd and Carol D. Williams; one god-sister, Bettina J. McIver; one god - daughter, Marquilla J. Brown; five brothers, Glenn Terrill (Michelle) Byrd, of Hayward CA, Jamal L. (Lawanda) Kea, Jibri L. Kea of Savannah, GA, Jospeh B. Kea of Atlanta GA, and Rashard Stewart of Philadelphia. PA; maternal grandmother, Carolyn Mars; paternal grandmother, PamellaTugman of Savannah GA; aunts, Sheryl (Rickey) Harris and Patricia (William) Greene, uncles Lester (Diane) Byrd, and Louis Grant all of Savannah, GA; grandaunts, Louella Morgan, Rebecca Hill, and Aurelia Brantley, all of Savannah GA, Mary (Bill) Edwards, of Tamarac, FL, granduncles, Richard (Marie) Morgan, Jackie (Pat) Morgan, and Edward Byrd all of Savannah and John Byrd of New York City; four nieces, Khadija A. and Terri A. Byrd of Hayward, CA, Alia Freeman, of Savannah, GA and Jevohah Kea, of Atlanta GA; nephews, Glenn Terrill Byrd Jr., of Heyward, CA, and Jamal Kea Jr.; a host of cousins that loved her dearly and a very close friend, Carl Jackson of Savannah GA.
