Retail Business Growth -- December 7, 2006 -- Toombs County's newest pet store was welcomed to the local business community Thursday when the Toombs-Montgomery Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting for the Pet Barn. The owner, Becky Carter Reeves (center), formerly worked with the late veterinarian, Dr. Bob Garbutt. The Pet Barn is located off Highway 280 across from the Walmart Shopping Center.
