Cobbtown, Tattnall Co., GA USA - James W. Carter, 71, passed Saturday at his home in Orange, TX after a long illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, James O. and Nana M. Carter and brother, Wallace Carter. He is survived by his loving wife, Patsy (Pat) Carter of Orange, TX; son, Brock of Abilene, TX; four brothers, Mayo Carter of Las Vegas, NV, Eugene (Tom) Carter of Warner Robins, Earl Carter of Cobbtown and Preston Carter of FL; two sisters, Mary Rybzke and Shirley Sapp of Metter and several grandchildren.
