Sylvania - Richard L. Simpson, 70, passed away on March 27th at East Georgia Regional Medical Center. Survivors; four daughters; Pamela, Patricia, Swanzetta and Simpson and Alma N. Jenkins; seven step -sons, Albert, John, John Willie, Joseph, Steven, Herbert and Michael Scroggins; two brothers, Ervin C. Jr. and David R. Simpson; two sisters, Dorothy and Martha Simpson; twenty-eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 30th at 11:00 a.m., at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.
