Bobbitt's Fotothing PhotoBlog InfoThing: A Life Recorded In Pictures: I played with boys, Coleman Steepness (lived where Hammer lives on Bass Cross Roads) and Frank Bass (Red's brother). We were in 1st grade when Fred was born (at home) Frank and I hid under the house. I don't know why we were embarrassed (or jealous?). I wore over-alls (forerunner of jeans) and the favorite sport was sliding down red muddy banks. Mother would call me as the sun went down. She would call loudly "Winfred" and I would say "Coming!"
