Savannah - Elizabeth Hunter, 83, died Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at Candler Hospital after a long illness. She was a member of First African Baptist Church of East Savannah. She served as a missionary. She attended the schools of Chatham County. She graduated from the Madam C.J. Walker Academy. She was a beautician for many, many years. Survivors include husband, Robert L. Hunter; two children, Otis Hayward (Emma) and Thomasina Hayward Barton (John), six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Williams & Williams Funeral Home 1012 E.
