LEADING THE WAY — Meadows Regional Medical Center Chief Executive Office Alan Kent announces the latest recognition bestowed upon the medical facility at a new conference last Friday morning.


Meadows Regional Medical Center in Vidalia was listed among an elite group of healthcare providers as a Top 100 Hopsital in the nation last week by Solucient, the nation's leading source of healthcare information.
Chief Executive Officer Alan Kent made the announce last Friday morning to a room full of media representatives, healthcare professionals, and community leaders.
"This is an important milestone for our hospital," Kent said. "Our hospital is subject to many, many regulatory agencies and many data-type comparisons that occur daily."
The most recent recognition is a true indicator of the hospital's performance when compared to other hospitals of its size and services.
