She was a native of Savannah and was educated in the Savannah-Chatham County Public school system. She was devoted to her family and well known for her flair in culinary arts. She was a member of the St. Paul CME Church. She leaves to cherish her memory a loving husband Willie Reynolds, Jr., five children; LeTrell Boddie, Savannah, GA; Jamal Boddie, Youngstown, Ohio; Sgt. Devone (Julynn) Reynolds, Fort Drum, New York; Andrea (Marvin) Holmes, and Willie K. (Tiffany) Reynolds. Five sisters: Amanda Lee, Thelma Bryant, Mary Boddie, Henrietta Boddie all of Savannah, and Zonebia Wilcox of Chapel Hills, North Carolina, two brothers, Rufus Boddie, Jr., and The Rev. Murshelle (Joan) Boddie both of Savannah. One uncle Earvin (Gladys) Penciel, Aurburn Hills, Michigan, 21 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. A viewing will be held Friday, April 13, 2007 from 6 to 8 pm at the Chapel of Sidney A. Jones Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 14, 2007, 12 noon at St. Paul CME Church, 1601 Barnard St. The Rev. Henry R. Delancy Jr. officiating. Interment: Magnolia Memorial Gardens.
