this is the 'after' picture of my brother's barn....it is from the estate agent's website, as it is for sale....he and his family lived in it for quite a few years, then his wife died, and his children left home, so he converted his workshop and garage into a dormer bungalow, so he still lives next door to his previous house...it all sounds complicated, but isn't really!

strange how my brother and I were both widowed quite young...me at 28 and him at 46...we are both now in happy relationships, so we've both been lucky to find another to share our lives with!

It is a nice house Marg, but it was a bit too big for him when he was on his own...though my Dad lived in his alone for over 7 years....
