I liked all your shots, but I think this is the best. With the signage on the pole and person sitting in the back ground, you can tell what your story is about. Nice job.

This picture is my favorite of your series. It says so much. I like that you chose to go with the sepia layer instead of black and white; and that you gave it some wear around the edges. To me, it signifies that this is not a new problem we are dealing with, but rather an old problem that STILL has not been resolved or lessened. Great work!
