Dankje Hans. Het werkt natuurlijk alleen in zalen waar voldoende daglicht binnenkomt... (Het Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam is volgens mij nog steeds dicht in verband met ingrijpende restauratie en verbouwing!!!)

Thank you linnywv.Yes indeed you are right. There was another (temporary) exhibition in the same museum with works by Nikolaes Berchem named 'In the light of Italy'. His paintings because of the Italian sunshine had a completely different light than paintings made in Holland... You will have noticed this already by clicking on the above link...
