Greece - Kos Island
In between Kos City and the Psalidi wetlands you find numerous of Eucalyptus trees. Some of them are so huge that you can easily hide a car behind their trunk. Maybe it would take three to four people or even more to embrace such a tree together...
The name eucalyptus comes from the Greek: εὐκάλυπτος, eukályptos, meaning "well covered", or "beautiful bark" .
