The domed building is a prison? -How....unusual.

And yet it is true dear Karl. The dome design makes it easier to control the inmates... The guards are situated on the ground floor and they can from there easily observe the cells placed in several rings on top of each other with narrow corridors in front of them... Through the roof of the dome a lot of light is streaming in also making it easier to control what is going on...
