On november 7, 2009 I went with a good friend to the Kunsthal (Art hall) in Rotterdam to see the exhibition Modern Life about American painter Edward Hopper and his contemparies. A visit to this exhibition is warmly recommended.

I saw Edward Hopper's paintings years ago for the first time, that's why I visited this exhibition! At the time they also had 'Nighthawks' in the Amsterdam Municipal Museum. It is such a good thing that we can visit via the internet what is too far away... :)
