These pretty horses live completely in the wild in the dunes.
Sunday morning, March 11, 2007.
Bike tour of 22 kilometers with Lenie: IJmuiden - Santpoort Noord - Santpoort Zuid - Kennemer Dunes - Bloemendaal Beach - Santpoort Noord - IJmuiden
Very sunny, 6 degrees Celsius, giving you the idea that the temperature was much higher! :)

This is what I told Lenie too dear Baldvin! They stay outside all winter, and the Islandic horse can bear this and can cope with this!! :)))

Dear Foggydew: Apart from the horses, there are also small herds of Scottish Highlander cows, who also live in the wild in these dunes.
