Lovely series of sunsets - I particularly like this one - I notice that you, like me cycle around a lot - its a great way to see the unusual.

I could not agree more ganet. Without my bicyle the majority of the pictures uploaded on FT would not have been possible. When I made this one I held my breath for joy: I could see straightaway that it was going to be something special, the sun in the sky, the refelected sun in the water, the golden light on the ship, the two triangles formed by the water and the horizon, and the horizon and the shape of the tree... Yes for me it is a favourite picture too. I am pleased that you also particularly like it.

I can still remember vividly the moment I took this picture. I made it was my 'old' small camera and I held my breath when I saw the sun cast its light upon this ship ... and then I pressed the button with a smile and I knew the photo would be o.k. :)
