One of the bells in the church of St Mark, Cheltenham. The bells are hung for change ringing in the English style by means of a rope and wheel. This one was cast in 2007 and weighs over a quarter of an imperial ton.

Yes, it's English style. There are a few like this elsewhere in the world but not many. The construction is made of steel.
