The heart of downtown. City Hall is behind the building at left. The two wedge-shaped buildings are the Rotunda and Cathedral building.

This was just past the eight-mile mark. I'd gotten a second wind by this point, and also a pastry from a Chinese bakery to fuel a few more steps.
