At our highest point, near 11,000 feet, we sat and admired the east face of Boundary Peak. The actual state line is behind the peak. There is supposed to be a small flock of bighorn sheep in these mountains, but the pile of turds I saw at one point was probably from cattle, which actually climb up here sometimes. | |
