Coming home from our walk around Lake Merritt, we passed the First Congregational Church. The marquee featured Linda Tillery performing in a Kwanzaa ceremony. This is not the Congregational Church I grew up in.

The Congregational Church that I grew up in told me that everybody else was going to hell. I didn't believe it even as a child. They probably don't do any Kwanzaa ceremonies....
