Alden's Fotothing

San Diego is an aeronautical town. Charles Lindbergh had the "Spirit of St. Louis" built by Ryan Air here. The Lindbergh Airport is right north of downtown, and incoming planes appear at heartstopping distances as they come down near Little Italy. The San Diego Aeronautical Museum, in Balboa Park, is near the landing approach too. It's packed with old planes and a few spaceships, plus two moon rocks. Don't miss it.
